The company specializes in the manufacture of prefabricated homes and corresponding components, like doors, windows, frames, sills, fascia boards, soffit, flooring, etc.
Manufacturing technology:
- The house is made of panels. Each panel is made using the "sandwich" principle - wooden frame, double-sided with soffit or OSB mats, like shown on the figure bellow:
- The wood components (construction, paneling) are made of Scots Pine or spruce grown in the pristine regions of the towns of Batak and Dospat in Rodopi mountains.
- The mineral wool used is manufactured by "ROCKWOOL" - Denmark with thicknesses of 35 kg/m3 and thermal conductivity of 0.038 w/m.k.
- The roofing is made of "Onduline" corrugated roof sheets. Can be purchased in two colors - green and red.
- The panels for toilet and storage-rooms are lined with OSB mats 11 mm high and up to 230 cm on the inside. This allows to be covered with PVC wallpaper or tiles.
- The flooring elements are also based on the "sandwich" principle:
- House onsite installation and anchoring is done on already finished concrete slab of B-15 class concrete, with a minimum of 100 mm reinforcements. No embedded details necessary. The house is attached to the base with special screws.
- The eaves are lined with 180x20 mm eaves trays. All interior and exterior angles and visible joints are covered with sills.
- All house elements are treated with protective insecticidal varnish "Hydroinsect".
If the house is to be installed by third party workers: the company provides "supervisor installer", all required construction and insulation materials, screws, sills, etc., as well as an installation scheme of the house.
