Included in the price:
1. Planning of: architecture, construction, plumbing and electrical systems.
2. Packing and delivery to the installation site up to 50 km from the Dom-Hobi manufacturing base.
3. Installation of the house, including:
  - Woodwork protective insecticidal varnish
  - Wall and roof panels - framework: double-sided with OSB-11 or soffit, breather membrane and thermal insulation with stone wool - "Knauf" or "Rockwool"
  - Roofing - "Onduline"
  - Flooring - wooden floor (WC and entrance-hall excluded)
  - Window frames - PVC, white
  - Doors - varnished, wooden frames, locks - regular, with door-handles
  - Windows - 24 mm double-glazing
  - Rain gutter - zink
  - Sills, fascia boards - 100%
  - Electrical system - built-in cabling with a main switch board installed, no electrical components provided (light switches, power sockets, lighting fixtures)
  - Plumbing - taps
  - Toilet (WC) - PVC covered walls up to 240 cm, 4 colours to choose from
Not included in the price:
1. Concrete slab for the house
2. Tiled floors in toilet and entrance area
